"The dogs were impounded but this happened in L.P. so the dogs are back with the owner in spite of having 3 previous complaints for attacking other dogs."

My take on this... what kind of man grabs his dog but tells his kids to fend for themselves and run?

Buddy of mine came home to find his neighbors pit had killed 30 of his live stock. Pigs. Chickens. Goats. Bunch of shite. 44mag to the dome. His reign of terror was over. But he had to go to court three times over it.

One of the most satisfying moments of my life was when a relative of mine shot and killed a pit bull that came up our driveway and attacked our dog and cornered my grandfather. The dog notoriously roamed our neighborhood unsupervised even tho it had an owner. Had attacked a jogger once. Now it’s dust. Good riddance.

Any human aggressive dog should be killed. You definitely need to kill them.

I have posted this story on here before...

An employee of a friend was walking to work one day and a pit bull attacked him in the road. The old man spent a while in hospital. After he was released and gained his strength back he walked back to work again.

Dog charged him again and the employee killed it with a hatchet he was carrying for such a purpose.

That is some funny shite.

At least with Biden we won't have to worry about these things anymore, no pit bull owner is going to want to pay the $200 tax stamp per tooth for their assault dogs.

Mask on for Wu Flu, winkwink! As it's turned cooler, a hoodie will keep you warm too.

Antifreeze ain't just for vehicles either, if ya catch my drift.

Kill em, wouldn't be a great loss, sounds like the owners are HUUGE POS's.

I'm no expert but I strongly believe that he could legally shoot in protection of his kids, dog and self if the attack is currently happening. If he were to go out now that he has had time to remove himself from the danger, and shoot the dog then there might be some legal hiccups. What he should have done was not post and go for another walk . But in all honesty, if he sues and wins they'll likely put the dogs down right?

To OP: if you go for another walk and see the dogs try to film if possible, although I know that is difficult when you are trying not to get mauled but that would help your position exponentially.
