Pit Bull - Guilty or Innocent? OT Decides

In this real life scenario, let’s say these 3 pit bulls are being charged with homicide. Would the OT jury be convinced that they should face capital punishment (crime happened in Texas) for the homicide of a 16 year old boy?
The Pit bulls’ defense team including the owner argues that:
So 3 pit bulls protected their house when a homeless 16 year old entered their fenced property at 5am. This is a tough one!

Like was mentioned, more info on the youth. If he has a history of crime, give the dogs a steak and possibly a medal for heroism.

Not guilty of murder. They were fenced in on their own property.

When I was a kid, we had 2 pits. Great dogs. Never once showed any aggression towards our family. But if someone decided to go into our backyard (privacy fence) then those dogs would protect their territory. So the dogs did what they were supposed to do, protect their family and territory. Tired of hearing that pits are horrible dogs. Its not the breed, its the owner and how the dog is raised.
