I've read some of those "G-Men" pulp magazines. The lead hero in each issue was g-man Dan Fowler, who'd have various adventures. Typical blood-and-thunder stuff. Not all that different than your usual hero-oriented pulp tales, akin to The Phantom Detective and such. Fast-moving action, with little characterization. Depression-era entertainment for teenage boys and late-night security guards, all for just a dime.

I don't know, but if I had to guess I'd say an RAF Tornado attack fighter rendezvoused with the airliner over the Irish Sea for four minutes and snapped this photograph
