I'm not sure where this was -- I'd guess Texarkana (c. late '50s/early '60s?)

I associate the phrase "Ark-La-Tex" w/Texarkana, just about a mile from Lousiana

Learned a lot about life on the “Bossier Strip” during the ‘70s and ‘80s.
