That's "The New Seekers" band from England
No to be confused with the original The Seekers, who were from Australia and were known for their big hits "Georgy Girl" and "I'll Never Find Another You":
The New Seekers were created by a former member of The Seekers, Keith Potger, after The Seekers broke up.

The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) was a pioneering American grocery chain (1859–2015) that dominated US retail for decades. Known for low-cost, high-volume, self-service models, it was the "Walmart of its time".
Anybody else remember GES?
It was sort of a Sam’s for utility an government workers.

One of my college buddies stole a Big Boy character from a Big Boy restaurant in Atlanta. He and his friends put it on top of the entrance to their high school. He had a photo of the miscreants shaking hands under the Big Boy at the entranceway.

Amelia Earhart and her autogyro, 1931

Would always see depictions of those old autogyros in comic books and such when I was a kid, and later in the movie The Rocketeer there was one as well.
It wasn't until after I saw The Rocketeer that I read and found out that the "propeller" on top was not powered, but was on a free axle, and turned from the motion of the plane going forward (propelled by the typical front fuselage propeller).
The turning upper propeller provided the lift-- wings, if there were any, were mainly used for stabilization and usually short and stubby. Later autogyros had no wings at all:
Little known fact, "Little Nellie" in the James Bond film You Only Live Twice was not a small helicopter, but actually an autogryo:
