People have bid on it for legit money. Mitch just repeatedly turned everyone down for some reason. I guess he figured it was better to spend money than make money

That entire area is littered with debris and has been attracting rats and predator snakes (many rattlesnakes) since Katrina. Saw an "outdoors" TV program a while back that showed snake hunters capturing rattle snakes along the highway. Paintball? No thanks.
