If you want to see hot young essentially naked girls just go to a big electronic music festival - same shitty atmosphere, outside of the drugs and hot girls, but cheaper and you can probably stay in a hotel.

I went to Burning Man in 2010 for the first time, and it was an absolute blast. Everybody is friendly, nobody wants for food and water, the art projects are amazing, and the scenes at night are awesome. I would recommend everybody go at least once.
