Can someone explain again why having outdoor concerts at the Fair Grounds is just too dangerous to contemplate?

If by perfect weather you mean terrible weather this Friday and Saturday then another round of rain starting next Thursday then yes.. perfect weather.

There are other large outdoor gatherings happening....whats wrong with a music fest?

What the difference between baseball games and golf tournaments and an outdoor music fest?

I've heard on podcasts that they don't expect large concerts you return this year and that it's an insurance thing. Are they distancing at baseball or basketball games? Can you do that at Jazzfest? I don't know that logistics of putting on Jazzfest but can you book the bands and if you let in limited capacity is it worth it? And you have to book this months in advance obviously.
