Hands down the most nicotine kick of all cigars
My friend, let me introduce you to this monster:
Make sure you’re not standing as you smoke it.

Most Perdomos are on the upper end of mid flavor wise.
If you want something stronger, smoke LFD Double Ligero, preferably in the maduro wrapper.

Pussy. 30th maduro and Legacy maduro are great.
If Perdomo makes you sick, never touch an Antano or Opus X.

Make sure to steer very clear from the Opus X Power Ranger (Belicoso XXX). I could feel sweat building on the top of my head from that stick.

Back in early 2000s I worked for a company in Covington that their execs smoked cigars in their offices. Big offices that were very clean and had a retro 60s look to some. Those offices smelt so good. I didnt know anything about cigars at the time so I don’t recall the cigars that were laying around on the desks.

A perdomo was my very first cigar.
I’ve gotten into the habit of spitting a bit more with the heavier nicotine content cigars rather than drinking down all that tar with whatever bourbon/whiskey I’m pairing.
No nausea issues with any stick.
As far as odor, any “lingering” odor is terrible. My clothes get washed immediately, and I brush my teeth/mouthwash a couple times before bed.
Avoids “cat shite mouth” in the morning.
Same, I make sure I position myself next to something I can spit at without making a mess. Even when smoking milder stogies I need an occasional spit, washing all that nicontine down doesn't work for me, especially since I"m not drinking alcohol with it. I'll take a small sip of like a Perrier or whatever I'm sipping on that day, spit that out, and take a normal sip to wash it down. Rinse and repeat, pun intended.
IMO that's the way to go.

I genuinely think my draw rate and volume are incompatible with Perdomos. I like to take a moderate to heavy draw on the cigar every 20-30 secs especially when it's freshly lit. It's too much for most of the Perdomo cigars.

Do you happen to use a hole punch or v cut? I rarely, if ever get nicotine tar in my draw anymore once I switched to guillotine cutting. That crap is nasty!

Tbh I just do whatever. Lately I’ve been punching but I guillotine too. Just depends whatever I have around me.
Hell sometimes I take my keys and use them to criss-cross a hole.
I like punches because of the easy draw and usually doesn’t mess up the wrap.

By guillotine you mean your regular cigar cutter?
If I don't cut enough of the cigar end, it makes the draw difficult. Hole punch is okay on lightly rolled cigars, but varies. Most lightly packed cigars that I've smoked were lower quality of sweeter "breakfast" cigars like Tobac Especial and I've lost my taste for those.

Pipe master race here.
I gave it a shot, but the cigar experience just had more to offer. Plus cigars is way less work, however, you'll obviously save thousands by sticking to pipe.

I do like a cigar fine. I'm sure I could learn the right ones or how to do them better. But I love a pipe for how much smoother it is and how I can smoke a little and then move on without wasting much.

My aging Humidor is full of AF Hemingways, Camachos, Perdomo Habanos, CAO Italia/American/Brazil, Ashton VSG, and OpusX/Cuban Cohiba/random sticks from samplers. I've also taken a liking to Acid Kuba Kuba Maduros when I'm buying for imminent use.
I've enjoyed many dark oily box pressed maduro Perdomo's over the years. One of my fav smokes. ... I don't know if it was "nicotine content" or what but after a few puffs you had to sit down and collect yourself.
I'm also fond of Corona Cigar Company's label. I spent many nights in my 20s sampling in their original two lounges. I always buy my boxes from them and usually order a few CCC sticks to sample. ( CCC FSG is a poor man's Ash VSG.)

What an odd start to a new account on TD. Keeping my eyes on you baw.
I used to hang around the CA boards and those of us in Florida would meet up once a month for a herf. When my oldest son was born I was gifted my first Cuban Cohiba. Great group of guys. The great cigar culture is what made Florida summers bearable.
CCC is the place a lot of celebs go to after landing at MCO (about 10 minutes away from the "mothership"). My buddy and I were sitting in the lounge watching the "Bush Push Game" and there was a commotion. We kept watching the game and I look over to see Rudy Guilliani standing there watching with 3 guys a few feet away. I was smoking a '05 Camacho Liberty and had the coffin sitting on the table. So I went to ask for a sharpie at the bar and then started walking towards him. Out of the corner of my eye I see the 3 guys take a step forward before he casually waved them off and acknowledged me. At the time I had no idea he was the man behind taking down the families in NYC. I still have that coffin sitting in my cabinet.
Shaq, Kobe, and a ton of golfers live[d] close by and are/were regulars. Avo would randomly come in to play the piano and sign boxes. He was a very cool guy. Now I'm stuck going to a chain that has one small walk-in Humidor in the corner of a liquor store (you have to hit a button and wait for someone to go in with you).
