Percentage of high school kids on third street and at Perkins Rowe between 9pm and 12am?

I work at Mathernes Grocery and when I'm leaving I notice more youth on third street than I've ever seen. I've also been told it's like this at Perkins Rowe also.

When I was in high school I didnt have money for $5 to see a movie much less $8 or $10 for a cover.

It's treated as a babysitting service for shitty parents. Perkins Rowe has security that basically only goes around running off retarded high school kids.

I think the crowd is 30% young kids. Ridiculous consider clubs require 21 or older to get in.
