It should include EBT, Medicaid, WIC. Anything. in which case LA is closer to probably 70% or so

Disability is just early SS.

Why is that bad? It is a long process to get awarded Disability unless you're obviously injured.

Percentages always skew people’s perception of numbers.

For instance. California is at 13%. But that’s more people than the state of Alabama’s entire population
