I use the "per my previous email" line on occasion. Is it passive aggressive? Abso-frickin-loutely.
But tell me with a straight face that the same chunkashit coworker that busts my balls because they didn't read the information already provided isn't the same POS that will later bitch about "not being provided enough information" or "doesn't communicate effectively".

I like sometimes attaching the prior emails as well if not in that thread. Shows I have my act together and you do not.
I also have people come to me to ask if X person discussed this issue with me or if they are lying saying they did, as an organized person, the email search is easy and reliable.
