Whoever designed that intersection needs to be held accountable for the first fatality that happens because of that design. I'm surprised nobody has died there yet. Never mind the fact that you have to turn your head 150 degrees to see if you should stop or not. Add to it that cars are coming ~75 mph off the interstate and if you don't stop, something really bad will happen.

This. A much bigger problem. I've seen some rolling stops that would scare the hell outta ya.
