Waiting at CVS the other day, this woman had her text notifications set to sound like a 1980s phone ringer. She was having a full-on text conversation standing in line with the thing just ringing away.
These types of people either don't know, or don't care, that there are other people in the world. If you tell them to be quiet, they'll act like you are invading their privacy, and are the biggest a-hole in the world.
Best solution is to go right next to them and do exactly what they are doing, but louder

It's about as annoying/trashy as the group who HAS to talk on their phone via speaker. Like anyone around them wants to hear what kind of fricking drama they have going on.
Trashy AF.

He replied and told me to mind my business.

People blast music on their phones at the gym. They can afford a membership but not earbuds. I have just burst out into freestyle rap louder than the song or movie they have opted to share with the world. This usually prompts them to mute it.

Been dealing with the Bluetooth listeners at pools and beaches lately. They play their music loud and aren't considerate of others. And who wants to listen to (c)rap?

Happened at my gym earlier this year. Got that banned almost immediately.
