If I said

"I'll have a coke."

And someone responded with "What kind?"

This is the one and only time I'll ever back TigerHusker. I have no idea what the hell is the accepted word for fountain pop/soda at a convenience store or restaurant in Michigan -- but, I bet it's probably 50/50 pop machine to soda fountain.

But, 95% of the time, this is gonna get called a pop machine. If you call it vending machine, you're a dork.
