My biggest pet peeve while driving is people who refuse to wait in line to get on the interstate/make a turn.

You can witness this everyday at the I10W onramp on Poydras leaving downtown New Orleans. The onramp is on the left and at least two lanes of traffic will be backed up because of people try to cut over at the last second

They would have to hit me before I let them over.

At a divided highway with a crossing, and a stop sign then yield sign in the median crossover (hope this makes sense)...

The drivers who pull up beside you (only one car at a time is supposed to take the space) and block your vision of traffic coming from your right.

Utter a-holes.

And you're trying to preach about etiquette?

It is etiquette for you to move over, if possible.

I hate the people who stop on the offramps that say "no stopping, keep moving"

Essen, Bluebonnet etc

yep.

especially because that is a heavy work area. the people getting off on those exits likely take that route every day.

Green light, traffic stopped ahead so you hang back to not block the intersection

As soon as a small opening develops, some motherfricker right turns on red from the intersecting street

Bitch, I wasn't letting you in

Sign says left lane closed, one mile ahead. I ease over to the right lane. Next sign says 1/2 mile ahead .

As I near the one lane line of traffic, here comes hot shot in the left lane acting like he is at Talladega. This type driver always acts entitled and expects someone to let him merge. He is ahead of the don't wave crowd to me.

Nothing worse than someone chilling at 73MPH in the left lane because the cars in the right lane are going 72.

Sounds like those going 73 in the left will be passing those that are going 72 in the right.

In traffic at an intersection and you have the red light and the dumbfricks crossing will block the damn intersection so that you can't go when your light turns green. I will pull up until I almost touch their car with my front bumper and lay on horn. I know but it makes me feel better dammit

People that stay in a merging lane when they can easily hop in the left lane

You are the one who is wrong. It's faster and safer for everyone to merge at the point of the lane closure.

when there is road construction or an accident and you know well in advance, either by signs saying to merge or police lights flashing, and people refuse to merge until the last possible moment when there is no longer any road to move forward on...
So that while you are in the correct lane that is barely moving, the other lane is continuously moving because everyone in front of you is having to let them bastards over!

I've never driven in a more frustrating city than BR. esp the people not moving when the light turns green and slamming brakes when it turns yellow.
