You should have been able to tell how fast he was going before you changed lanes. So you are either a shite driver, or you knew but thought you were more important, said screw it and got over anyway. I would be pissed at you too.

So the guy driving recklessly 30 miles an hour over the posted speed in a heavily trafficked mixed commercial residential area running traffic signals is the responsible party and I'm the a-hole.
