I know nothing of PA law, but do they have any non State owned liquor stores? Sounds like you can still buy wine and beer at the grocery store.

They are probably like Alabama, they control all the liquor/wine sales.

Liquor stores must buy from the State and are limited to what the State allows to be sold.

It's mafia type shite.

A handle of Smirnoff at an ABC store is 23.00, a liquor store 27.00-32.00. You can get the same handle in GA for 18.00-19.00 from a liquor store.

Money hand over fist for the State.

Oh I know control states, I just meant because their press release said they operate those 600 stores, but license 20k more. Wasn't sure if any of those were liquor or just beer/wine.

Louisiana does a lot of things very poorly. Selling alcohol in grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies is not one of them

I'm impressed. Just when I think you can't be more obtuse you go and prove me wrong.

You do you though.

Dude, I'm posting about booze in here because it's literally my business.

You came here to take some random shot and now you're just embarrassing yourself.

Take a lap. Buy some tampons.

I work in the alcohol business so I'm just asking about PA law

It's only been in the last few years that you can buy beer and wine in grocery stores there. You used to have to go to state licensed alcohol stores. It's still that way with liquor.
