As part of an academic setting, I can’t refuse to see anti-vaxxers. So I try to keep dialogues open with the families and have managed to convince a few to do at least a delayed schedule if nothing else. And they have to sign a vaccine refusal form every time they come in. It’s tough, because you don’t want to punish the kids for parents making dumb decisions and refuse to see them entirely. But there are so many babies/immunocompromised kids we see that can’t be vaccinated and I worry about them.

Actually, he said homeschoolers plus antivaxers, which I took to mean in conjunction as in the person described in the OP.
Many public schools require up to date vaccinations unless you jump through a myriad of hoops (as it should be), which is why most antivaxers homeschool. I have a relative who does this, they are not invited to family gatherings that have infants present.
