His old age plus the high amount of air pollution his conservative haven state have him breath in, will have him MIA for a few.
He might wake up once his house is foreclosed on because his conservative party has chosen to give a huge tax break on the 1% and tax him ( the mid class) much more to afford all of the private prisons.
Which many of the residents will tend to visit atleast once; since the first and heaviest tax cut is on education..
