No, the lawsuit threats are in response to Parkway sending out a letter telling kids they'd be disciplined for not standing for the anthem. This wasn't forced as far as we know.

And that's probably a winning argument although you'd have to find someone that was affected to file the suit.
I thought they were arguing that kids shaking the cops hands was a violation.

The old white dudes in the tan uniforms are part of their Posse. It’s volunteers who ride around during the day and help with funerals and vacation checks. They’re mostly retired Air Force.
