during the day? gameday? any context here helps

pretty sure it is a residential lot during the week and open to public on weekends. If you are talking about the small lot that borders the creek, its fair game on gamedays.

Ya that's the one. His friends said park at the Cook hotel and I was like oh, uh no.

i dont think they tow unless you have 3 or more parking tickets but I could be wrong. I am pretty sure that is a residential lot. You can call the visitor center and see if your kid can get a temp tag.

Since you’re asking what we think, I think there’s a sign that says parking permit required, but it may be a general permit that ends at 4 pm and begins at 7 am. But that’s just my thought.

Tell your kid to tell the friend to go look at the sign.

$10 possibly to park in the big lot by the tennis courts.

When I was there you had to part in your permitted lots from 7:30a-4:30p, any other time yoou still had to have a permit, but it said something like "All permits allowed between 4:30p-7:30a. You could still get a ticket for no permit in those lots after hours.

Ya, trying to do it by the book and the parking web site doesn't send the confirmation email and crashes when you ask it to resend

LSU probably isn’t towing this week because of move ins, tags not getting mailed, etc. plus I didn’t think riverside was allowed to tow on campus.
