It’s a black thing for sure. I was at a friends garage sale in a decent neighborhood. Some black lady pulled her whole damn car in the front yard grass. My buddy had to get her to move and she was shocked it was not ok.

Yes it s easement. The locality “allows” you to use it to access your property but, as part of the easement legal mumbo-jumbo, you are expected to maintain it in reasonable condition.(within reason). Call your local govt. maintenance dept. and tell them that the delivery vehicles are driving on the “easement” and fricking it up. They will ask you if you mow that area and you say YES, they will say “ well you have accepted the responsibility for maintaining it”(unless it involves excavation of underground utilities and such). Don’t ask me how I know.

1. The grass is maintained by the HOA
2. There is no grass there it’s shaded by an oak tree.
