That doesn't look like something the teacher drew at all FWIW. Incredibly disappointed by the news outlet reporting this. Did the teacher admit to drawing the picture? It doesn't look like she has admitted to anything .Why is the student and parent dumb enough to think that she would? This seems incredibly fishy.

Is there any proof that she was in fact the one who drew it? It looks 100% like something some shithead kid would draw if given the chance just to be funny. El Paso has some very rough areas too.
