My brother divorced and there was a stipulated judgment for parent coordination services. Four months in the parent coordinator "PC" had billed roughly four thousand in cost without the parents ever sitting in the same room. The PC had re-clarified the judgment even though the judgment was in plain language. The PC stipulated that any email between the parents were to have the PC cc'd. She, the PC, said in court that she wouldn't bill for just monitoring communication. However, there was $200+ in billing for email exchange over a single basketball game. Anyway, I am wondering if the OT has experienced the same thing. Sounds like a racket.

Good guess . Truth is I went to watch because his wife is out of the country and he is self-litigating at this point, so he needed feedback.

It was eye opening though.

Mrs. Redpop's boss is going through this on the northshore. Both P.C. and Family Wizard. His ex-wife still gets the bulk of the decisions.

What decisions? The problem in brother's case is the PC actually changed the stipulated order by the court. Judge was furious and provided relief from the PC. What bunch bullshite to have to through though. He is okay with her making custodial decisions but she was changing the language to stack time for her and not for him when the order specified both parents.

What a wonderful place to live....

fricking PC hell hole...

Parents can't even communicate without the state needing to step in and monitor every word and then bend you over and rape you with the bill for doing it.... All in the name of utopia

This is part of the problem. His wife went down the SJW path big time. So, she is picking sympathetic providers for her son. This PC when examined by his ex's attorney said there was an imbalance of power between the two in their communication. Offered no real evidence to support the claim. Everything she said was abstract and opinionated with nothing of sustenance.

I have a coworker that I avoid that turns any conversation into her feminist agenda. Apparently women's voices aren't heard at work but she talks the most.
