My house has a strategic toilet paper reserve now. Not worried.

Hidalgo was a 20-something "organizer" and political activist w/ approximately zero private sector or government experience. But she was the only Democrat to file to run in 2018 against a popular Republican incumbent. Then the Beto O'Rourke wave swept her into office on the strength of strait ticket Democrat voting.
She's a 29-year old little commie w/ big dreams of higher office. One of the communists trying to use Covid shutdowns to frick up the economy so they can pose as saviors. Whenever I want to know the current Leftwing Democrat talking points on covid or local government, I just go to her Twitter. She's usually a couple days behind the Dallas County judge.
