Cmon, it's just a mural depicting the human hubris of war and pollution culling the people of the world until they rise up come together and work things out in peace and harmony.
It's like you kids never saw the Looney tunes where the German and the Brit kill each other and the animals come and tsk over them not
Following the good books advice. My favorite is the implication the critters aren't just using the helmets of soldiers as houses but their skills too.

Sometimes a tunnel is just a tunnel.
It's supposed to look evil that's the point war suuuuuuuuuuuuucks. Especially if we stop tiddly winking around and go full bore off the assembly line into the fire again.
As for the "bunkers".
It's an airport on a mountain range near the certain of the country it should be hardened. It's common national defense sense. Otherwise you would think that the real NWO would be in the Swiss Alps.
But I'm pretty sure it's just additional storage because yknow space is a premium on a mountain top.

They need to learn that we can observe this shite too and that they can't get away with it without getting called out.
