I'm a cardio man with minor weights. I just run the lakes or a neighborhood for the month of January until the madness dies down.

Im seeing 2 or 3 new faces ever couple of workouts, but we didnt have too many new members. Not a huge big city gym, tho.

The NY resolutioners at my gym have to be pretty dedicated to spend that much to sign up and only go a month
