Oh you meant the bands?

Black is 50lbs

I have the black, green, red, and magenta with a few lighter ones the wife uses. Those are 50-20 I think.

Just got an email. Looks like they decided to reship. Maybe I'll have it by next week. FML

Yeah, the only thing I like about my bands is I can add bands to increase weight. The handles are removable and can go on more than one band at the same time.

Do those powerblocks work ok on a workout like CVX? Look like they would be hard to grasp with two hands.

Yeah sorry about that JJ. It's happened to me before too. When I ordered my P90X3 it got lost and they reshipped it. I ended up with two copies just a lot later.

I've told them before they should stop using fedex. They screw up a lot.

They are a little hard to do that with. I still can though but the grip is a little awkward.

My wife has a few smaller, convenational weights that I use for that sometimes.

After talking with Doc, I bit the bullet on T25. Bought the basic and the Gamma session. Plan to start it on Monday. Not sure what the band is going to be used for, but I can always upgrade if there isn't enough tension.

Still not sold on Shakeology, but I'm getting desperate for a mid-morning and midday/pre snack. What I'm doing now--basically a cereal or granola bar--is not working. I hate soda, but when I've had enough grains, I'll usually drink a little Ginger Ale to calm my stomach as a snack. Zero nutrients in that, though.

I plan on continuing weight training, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday [less traffic those days], doing the cardio in the morning before I leave for work, and then lifting after work. [I'm going to need some motivation for all that work.] Probably will need to up my protein intake accordingly, though I'm not exactly sure how much I should be taking.

I'll take measurements and post before I start.

As far as diet goes, if you are cutting like I assume and plan to follow the t25 calorie guidelines, then you will prolly be doing the 1600 calories. As far as macros go, use myfitnesspal and adjust your goals where you are getting at a min 1g per pound of lean mass. Would be better if you did 1g per lb of body weight though. For the rest of your calories split them evenly. If you are over 200lbs the first option for protein is going to be much more realistic.

I weighed 200 when starting so for me to Meet my protein needs my macros look like 50% protein/ 25%carbs / 25% fats
