I know women love it.

I've never done it.

Just asking if you've heard good things about it.

If I showed my wife that pic, inspiration and coaching wouldn't be her response.

Who the hell is this? Why is she your friend? Etc...etc...5 years later...etc.

Then don't show her.

Just mention your coach's wife is also a coach and could help her too.

You could claim you've never even seen the picture.

I'm trying to talk her into doing p90x3 with me. She does Zumba every morning and hated the original p90x. She doesn't like push-ups/pull ups.

She might like insanity. All legs and cardio.

My wife hates that X2 is an hour long. I think I might get her T-25.

My wife used to do Zumba too.

She doesn't like pushups either. To this day she still doesn't do them with proper form.

Most women can't do pull-ups. They either use the chair or the bands instead.

I have a question for those who did the original P90X..

I finished up the first week this past Saturday and started week two yesterday. Yesterdays workout was chest/back and I went up in all the exercises that didn't require the pull up bar. I really struggle with all the pull up exercises and use a chair for every one. Was this the case with any of you? Last week I was sore all week from the first chest/back day so I feel like it did some good. Just wanted to know if anyone shared a similar experience and is now able to do multiple unassisted pull ups.

Brother, keep at it. When I started, I could barely do 3. Now, I can do so many it's ridiculous.

Get the Chin-Up Max. It's better than the chair. I promise you, it gets better. You'll surprise yourself in no time.

Today, I can do over 25 pullups, maybe 30 chinups.

If I hang completely in between each one, I can do 12 or so.

Sabi, I'm about to order the P90x3. I know you said to get some kind of powder or protein that beachbody sold. What was it again?

That's awesome. I've never heard of the Chin-Up Max until now but can already tell that'd be a helluva lot better than using a chair. How long did you use that for?
