That's what I'm thinking. I've got a huge Bachelor party to attend in Florida in a couple of months. I need to make sure I'm looking legit.

I start block 2 today. Went front 180 to 175 and one notch on the belt buckle. I know dynamics is a pretty simple workout but that is one hell of a stretch.

Psssh. Yeah right! I have a LONG way to go.

When I do X3, I'm going to do doubles.

I would do doubles for all the workouts. One hour a day is doable.

Man, I've found some info, and my coach has really helped, but I'm scared to try it. I want a six pack SOOO BADLY, and I'm ALMOST there. I'm afraid if I change my diet to add on muscle that I'll wreck any progress I've made.

You're welcome Sabi. You're doing all the right stuff and you're committed. You'll get all your goals.

After going through X3 for a week, I noticed that there wasn't as much burn in the abs that I sustained during the original P90X. What's been the thought here as to whether X3 has a sufficient burn that one achieved with Ab Ripper X?

I will be missing my first workout today because I have a tennis match right after work. At least I'll be doing something that burns calories

S, getting DrTyger as a Beachbody Coach was the smartest thing I've done since I started. He has helped me improve my core exercises and his nutrition insight has given me great confidence in the process.

How many people can say their Beachbody Coach is a physician? Not many.

Idk why but trio just killed me.

Struggled to finish.

Should have never tried to do level 3 for every move.

Have you done Pilates X yet? That's a full 30 minutes of core blasting pain.

Yes, it was indeed painful. I was just wondering if it is expected to give the same results as Ab Ripper X 3 times per week. That was one of my favorite parts of the original program.

After posting this I did come across the supplemental X3 Elite Block workouts that includes the Ab routine. Looks like they didn't want to include it as part of the base program because they wouldn't be able to tout a 30 minute program.
