I am in transition week as well, did yoga and have to take photos/meausurements tomorrow. Will try to remember to post month one results. Really like it all so far!

Second time doing Eccentric Upper. Put 25lbs in a backpack to do the pushups. Felt it a little better but I feel like I could still go up.

V-pullups still suck. I hate those things.

V pullups aren't too bad for me. I struggle with weird shite like mule kick burpees.

I just bought a Suunto Core M2 heart monitor/watch. I have Plyocide tonight, so I'll get to see how it works.

I'm on the first day of transition week.

Isometrix wasn't too bad.


Anyone plan on doing the Elite Block after the initial 90 days?

Kind of late to the game, but did P90x a while back with great success and trying to get started again with it. Which adjustable dumbells are y'all using? I'm going to buy a new set and Trying to decide between these:

I'm going all resistance bands this time around. (besides a set of light dumbbells for CVX)

But I did use the bowflex ones for p90x

Thanks for the input! Those are probably the ones I'm going to get. I have read a lot of mixed reviews on them. Have you had any issues with your set?

Get power blocks. By far the best adjustable db. Get urathane. And get the one that is upgradable to 125 per. You wont regret it

I used bow flex first. They broke before the 90 days was up.

I got the polyurethane powerblocks after that. 5 years later still working. I'd go with those.

Yea, heard the bow flex ones broke pretty easily. Where did you buy your power blocks from? I can't seem to find the polyurethane ones online or at dick's. Everywhere i've looked only has the classic ones.

On my first week and completed The Challenge this afternoon. Still feel like Jello. Didn't meet my numbers. I find this workout harder than the P90X Chest and Back workout, and underestimated it.
