I did isometrix yesterday as well. Still finding it hard to get myself into position to do the correct workout.
My hamstrings are insanely tight. Standing with legs locked, I can not touch my ankles.

You use a foam roller to get the kinks and tightness out. It hurts, but it works.....and it hurts so good.

Did any get the deluxe package with the bonus dvd's? I want to do the elite block but i'm not paying 90 dollars for 3 extra workouts. That's ridiculous

No, I've heard out of Tony Horton's mouth (on YouTube) that bonus workouts are kind of bs. He said corporate felt like people might not like there not being an ab ripper in the program so they had to work one in.

You don't need to. They tell you the workout in the P90X3 book.

Yup, did Pilates X yesterday evening. Lot of hip burn. Some things didn't feel natural though. I feel like i should be sore from every workout, but i'm not terribly sore now. However, I have been working out for 4 weeks now. And having been sporadically doing p90x1 over the last year, i believe i'm just in decent enough shape so that the soreness isn't crippling.
Won't be able to do CVX tonight, going to NOLA. Might be able to finish up recovery week depending on when i get back saturday.

Or without eating anything. I skipped warrior x the first week. Week 2 i did it in the morning after i woke up and i almost died. Week 3 was a little better but still hard as hell. I like that work out. Really pushes you.
