For some reason, I'm really good at yoga. I want to bulk up, though. I'm having trouble doing that.

Eat.

Eat a lot.

There's no trick to bulking other than that.

That's another thing: I don't know how to purchase that or the recovery formula from your website. What link do I go to on your website?

Care to elaborate or are you just one of those trolls that post ridiculous statements and never backs them up.

Honestly what benefits do you get from P90X that you couldn't get better from going to an actual gym and doing a weight program?

ETA- P90X>>>>> doing nothing to get in shape. Everyone has their thing. Sometimes I forget other people don't have the same goals and circumstances as I do. Carry on

So drive to gym, workout 1 hour, drive home. You just wasted 90 minutes of your day.

Or do p90x3 in 30 minutes and get an equally or probably better workout. And you don't have to deal with roid ragers such as yourself.

Oh yeah and you pay minimum of 360 bucks a year at the gym. 130 one time for p90x3.

Fair enough, but how does that make it for pussies?

It's cheaper, and you don't have to wait for weights to open up?

And the fact that p90x works. It's easy to avoid the gym because you don't want to deal with the hassle of sitting in traffic and wiping down rude gym patrons benches and whatnot.

some people would rather just work out in their living room than deal with a gym.

you must really hate those people that meet up at gold's for nightly p90x sessions then

i've found that it helps sculpt your midsection, not to mention improving balance and flexibility.
