I love snap for its convenience, but its not set up to be a crossfit gym yet the try to have crossfit shite going on in the middle of the machines, the benches the squat racks. I put the squat bar back on the rack after a heavy set and step backwards and trip over some 45 year old milf bear crawling with a dumbell in her mouth behind me.

That sounds awful.
I checked out an Anytime Fitness near my house. I might sign up. $37 a month for 12 months isn't too bad, I don't think.

I've noticed my appetite has increased significantly since I workout daily. It's tough to make sure those extra calories are healthy

I thought I improved balance but I'm really struggling with these level three triometrics. Shaking like a lead and falling over
I got to the warrior squats and was seriously falling over just trying to get in to the warrior stance. Once I started trying to squat I'd basically just fall over. That said, my balance and flexability has increased tremendously in the first month.
Did Yoga last night, pulled off my crow for a couple of seconds...long enough to go holy shite I'm doing it and then fall over, but was able to get back in to it for another few seconds...compared to the almost breaking my nose just lifting my legs off the ground, it's a huge improvement.

I just ordered T-25 this morning.
What should I expect? some do and donts? Pointers would be appreciated.

Cup of coffee or a handful of nuts.

I did T-25 after already doing two rounds of X2 and I was gassed doing T-25.
You'll feel ridiculous doing some of the moves because you feel like you're doing a hip hop routine, bit stick with it. It's crazy how much better you get each time.
Lower Focus is a monster, too. If you have some extra pounds to get rid of, T-25 will do that and more.

Decelerator yesterday AM, MMX in the PM, The Challenge this morning and I'm thinking Eccentric Lower this morning.
I don't take any supplements or protein. I used to take creatine tabs, but I stopped. I did get more pump and little bit bigger, but not too much...which is right where I want to be. Anybody take anything and are doing X3 too?

I've done Insanity and half of p90x3. I want something a little less intense.

Doing a hybrid of X3 and X2. All the X2 and a few X3 workouts. Did The Challenge this morning and I'm doing X2 Total Body + X2 Ab Ripper tonight.

I'd like to see you after a round of Body Beast. With your build, you would look like an NFL linebacker.
Posted on 2/25/15 at 11:55 am to SabiDojo
Can you do that at home? Or do you need a full gym?
Posted on 2/25/15 at 12:00 pm to boom roasted
You can do it at home if you have dumbells, an EZ bar, a bench, and a pullup bar.
The only reason I haven't done Body Beast yet is because I don't have all the equipment. I just bought the EZ Bar, and I already have dumbells. I just need weights for the bar and a bench.

I think I have all the equipment. I'll give it a look tonight. Might start that on Monday instead.
