Anybody follow Tony Horton on YouTube? He recently posted a 23 minute yoga workout video (for free) and it's MUCH better than the X3 yoga video. It's basically Warrior I, II, Reverse Warrior, Right Angle Pose and Extended Triangle Pose. I wish he would have included Warrior III and those leg balance poses and that would be a great yoga workout for about 35 minutes.
Anyway, as you were...

Plyocide was last night. Now that's a workout. Good stuff. Much better than Agility X, imo.
Today is a rest day on X2, but I'm going to do Isometrix instead. It's a workout worth doing.

I did Agility X this morning. I thought it was a pretty good workout but I need to find a place in my house with a little more room to do it. Plyo pushups at the end were just mean. Yoga tomorrow, don't know how I feel about that.

X3 Yoga is pretty disappointing, imo. You can't do yoga in 30 minutes. Sorry, it just can't be done. X2 Yoga is legit, bruh. That's a good workout.
Y'all need to join me on the stability ball, breh.

Two worst workouts in X3, imo, are Agility X and X3 Yoga.
The rest are pretty awesome, tho. I love Triometrics and Isometrix. The Warrior is just flat out fun. The Challenge? <3

Incinerator is my favorite.

Yeah, Incinerator is great, too. I'm going to try to incorporate all those workouts into X2.
Tomorrow when I do X2 Total Body + X2 Ab Ripper, I'm going to do The Challenge after that.

My favorite resistance workout is probably Incinerator. I really love Isometrix and I recently started putting Triometrix and Decelerator into my routine. Very underrated workouts.
My least favorite is CVX. That one can go play in traffic. Sabi is right about X3 Yoga...it's a let down.

CVX is tough, real tough. Twist and Pivot with a 12 pound medicine ball is just pure torture. Heck, it even burns with an 8 pound medicine ball.

I'm not sure I get the hate for Agility X...I like that one.

It just doesn't do it for me. I go hard and at the end I'm still okay. Just doesn't really do it for me. I just don't find it that tough, tbh.

I found it tough this morning. Of course I'm just starting. I could see how that one would get alot easier as I get in better shape. All the running around in circles seemed dumb to me. And I was pretty much running into furniture the entire workout

cna you guys post some of your workout videos to motivate us other posters?

I've thought of buying a camcorder so I can record my workouts and look at my form and also show off just a teeny bit.

I thought I improved balance but I'm really struggling with these level three triometrics. Shaking like a lead and falling over
Posted on 2/24/15 at 4:32 pm to SabiDojo
that kind of stuff pumps me up. I do the same thing. I set up my tripod in Snap fitness to film some stuff and some idiots doing crossfit knocked it over pulling a sled through the middle of the freaking weight area.

Bro, that's normal. You're supposed to be gassed in those last 20 seconds. Just fight and do your best. That workout is a monster.

I have a pullup vid in my Google Drive from when I first started, but that's it.
Wait, I do have a recent video of me doing pistol squats with a 20 pound dumbell
