For the equipment? You know not all of it is completely necessary. What do you need to buy that costs that much?

Finished my first 3 month block of X3 3 weeks ago, the wife and I are started the Lean block for another 3 months. Looking for something after this next block, looks like it's gonna be T25, based on all the comments on here. Under 200 lbs for the first time since 2004, looking to lose another 15 then maintain.

The bench and EZ curl. Sure, I could use the stability ball, but that won't help me build mass.

You will still build mass with the ball.

But I get it if it's too much equipment. I built all mine up over time. You can build mass on the P90X3 schedule too. In fact, I started doing that schedule and was definitely adding mass but stopped cause I was adding too much fat too.

I guess I need the workout, the EZ bar with weights, and the bench. I'll price it again tonight.

See if someone on Craigslist has some of that stuff. You don't need a new bar or bench. Just clean that bench off and make sure the bar isn't falling apart.

What up bitches?

Week 2 of T25 started yesterday. Really liking it so far. Trying to balance T25, work, family, marathon training and school....

What was the reason for putting on too much fat? I ask because I'm doing the mass program of x3 and I want to (1) get healthier, (2) lose weight, and (3) build mass in the right places. I've lost 20 lbs and certainly don't want to regain it. Well, muscle gain, not fat.

I was eating a ton in order to gain mass.

I decided of rather be lean than huge though.

Well, done with X3. I guess I'll try it again on Sunday. I might supplement it a little bit. I really enjoyed the workout. Isometrix and Incinerator are my two favorites.

Sabi going good. Still havent done lower though. May do it this afternoon if I have time. Don't want to kill my legs too much. Just started marathon training!!

On call this weekend. Hoping to fit in a 4 mile run and lower at some point.

UPDATE:

Started Mass Schedule of X3 yesterday. I like the way Block 1 looks, for the most part. I love that it has Yoga, Pilates, Incinerator, and, of course, The Challenge all in one week. BUT, I HATE AGILITY X! I don't feel like I get anything out of it. I wish it would have CVX or Triometrics in its place.

I'm hoping to gain some serious mass, but I'm not really that too optimistic about it. My gains have been slow. I'm still super cut, and I'm really strong. I'm just not seeing the mass I wanted, and I've been eating like a beast.

If I don't see much improvement, I may just order P90X and do it. I hate that it's long, but I need to start looking bigger.

Just take Agility X out and do a video you like.

I went do a WOD yesterday. Pretty sore today, but I'm about to go run 3 miles. Day off equals cleaning the garage!

I feel you. Imagine trying to gain mass at 6'4". I have to put on 15-20 lbs to get any noticeable difference.

Has anyone here ever used P6 Black Extreme testosterone booster from GNC? Started it on Sunday, read a bunch of reviews and have heard mostly positive results, but everyone is different.
