So yesterday I did two of Tony's youtube videos. Nice workout for sure if you looking for a change. Sabi probably be great for you being you are lazy and only doing one video a day now.

My legs are ripped. I dropped about 8 lbs. Have another 10 to go to be at my goal marathon weight. Starting T25 Monday when I get back from Destin.

One of the exercises in the Arms & Abs routine for Max-OT. Was pretty fun.
Weighted decline sit ups with a 45 pound weight on my chest was too easy. I had to go to a 25 pound weight above my head.
Now that was hard.

OH MY GOD! I tried the Core Cardio last night and I wanted to die. This was my first attempt at T25. I just wanted to add in some cardio in between lift days. Bravo to all that are doing the T25/Insanity.

You learn with the quickness if you have any coordination with some of that stuff. The jab with feet thing fricked my mind up. I was looking mighty retarded.

Got the challenge today to help kick off the 10k push-up challenge. If I up my push-ups to 40 that will pretty much do it for the day.

Last time through on my first round of X3 I did 40/18 with a few bonus reps to beat Sean in the videos. Found out I can really only do that once.

Made my first smoothie with the Ninja this morning. 1% Milk, oatmeal, a banana, spinach, and a scoop of ON milk chocolate... pretty dang good. Anyone have any favorite recipes?
