challenge done this morning. Still can't get through an entire workout without having to swap over to bands for pull-ups and dropping to my knees for push-ups but progress is still coming along. I attempt normal ones until I can't do them on every round but still making it further than the last workouts, so as long as I'm making progress I'm happy.

I actually found pilates to be a really good ab workout. I'd rather do it than yoga.

I ordered X3 on Tuesday and I paid for 2 day shipping. They still haven't shipped it. I'm so pissed. I wanted it for Sunday. They are fricking up my routine. I called yesterday and she said it will be here by Saturday. It better be.

Do you guys follow the 1g protein/lb philosophy? I can see myself having a hard time getting there without blowing through a ton of whey. I'm currently 210, and looking to atleast maintain.

I skipped yoga yesterday too. My stomach was rumbling up a storm yesterday. Thought it best to give it a rest.

There's a new protein bar called Quest. One bar has 17 grams of fiber (68% of your daily intake!). The poops are glorious.

The one big criticism about Beachbody is they can be shitty with shipping things. They're late a lot and sometimes they just straight up lose things.
