I have the P90X ones.

ETA: I'll try to find a link. I'm on mobile and rather dumb when it comes to tech

For the women or the dudes who don't mind doing a video with a MILF in it, Turbofire Challenge packs are on sale for $140 this month, normally $180.

Watched Alpha cardio to see what I'm in for starting Monday. I'm glad I'm not doing this shite in front of a mirror.

challenge day #2 in the books. chest is wrecked at the moment, could barely complete a girl pushup in the burnout phase can definitely see the improvement from last week so I'm pretty stoked about that.

I'm not worried about the difficulty. I'm sure it will whoop my arse because 25 straight minutes of anything will do that. I'm saying even the experts, the guys on the video, look retarded doing it. So I'm glad it's at home and I don't have a full wall mirror like at the gym. I don't want to look at myself.

I'm going to be starting at the end of the month, when my little boy is done with tee ball. Been working out on my own for a few months, trying to get in some semblance of shape beforehand. Do you guys all use weights, or will I be able to get by with a couple of resistance bands and a pull-up bar?
