i've made major strides in everything...except pushups

hell after doing burpees yesterday, my elbows are sore (So plank alone sucks)

Can anyone recommend a good after workout drink? Like a recovery drink. I usually drink protein in the morning.

Follow up question. How many calories a day should I be eating? Right now I'm usually between 1100-1600.

I do not. I read that there is not much creatine in the R&R, should i supplement with modest protein?

I eat it as my breakfast every morning. I add more protein and some fruit and peanut butter with it in milk or almond milk.

You can use extra creatine.

You don't necessarily need extra protein. What I do is have a protein shake after resistance workouts and r and r after cardio.

Thanks Dr. I am looking to use it as my lunch, but it looks like I'll need to add some protein (probably whey protein powder) and some peanut butter for some fat
