So I started tonight with The Challenge. Lowered my numbers to 15/32 because I was stacking workouts. Wasn't as hard, but still got a sick pump.
Then followed up with Speed 1.0. I sweat.....a lot.
Then I ended it with this six set bi/tri workout on Tony Horton's YouTube Channel.
I'm typing with my toes now because I can't lift my arms.

IMO, Body Beast is better suited for the winter during "bulking season." With Summer coming up it's cutting season and most bro's want to look lean and cut for the beach and pool.

week 2 is finished...Warrior workout was pretty tough today. I'm convinced that elevator push-ups are the most evil thing I've done in this entire workout. Goal is to complete that damn exercise fully. Same thing with the plank + push-up + extending arm and opposite leg out...I hate those and they're probably tougher than the elevators

I'll say this, I was good at entman's chin-ups but I never could get I possibles down.
Whatever you do put it on the Facebook page. I'm gonna start something called "Show Off Saturday/Sunday." I think I'll go for a video of me doing 30 one handed push-ups.
