Ah forgot you were doing T25, though there's a few curls in beta.
T25 has some of the best core work in it I've seen though. Second maybe only to P90X2.
You want abs fast, T25 is the way to go.

My arms are pretty ripped. Abs are really showing. Shakeology is really changing my game.

Site says about 45 mins..Thats not terrible..
as far as food, I don't know.. I have a buddy of mine who strictly weight trains and for to put weight on he's had to eat 3500+ cals a day

I can imagine.. He eats really clean...but he eats a shitload of food all day long.. He told what his daily diet was consisting of and it made me feel full just thinking about it
