I did half of CVX outside this am. I couldn't breath so I went finish in the fitness room. Damn this altitude!

I had to delay my challenge workout because I have to run a PFT in the morning so I'll have to do the challenge tomorrow and bump everything back a day (or just do a 2-a-day)

Done with CVX. Probably my favorite and the hardest so far. Definitely worked up a sweat.
Eta: Did CVX after running a 5K. Trying to start back running before the Crescent City Classic. I haven't run in a couple of weeks.

I'm glad I started reading this thread. It is definitely a great motivator for keeping up with your workouts.

Been enjoying this week (end of the first block). Isometrix and pilates were rough the first time though.

My whole body is tired. I wouldn't say sore (although there is a lot of that too). My body is telling me to hibernate but off to work I go.

Week two of T25 done. Don't necessarily feel better. I've lost a couple of pounds and my pants are fitting looser. Week 3 I'm really going to push it.
