I remember during Isaac one minute he said we had to evacuate and the very next minute he said we didn't. Then he said we had to evacuate again.

I was coming to post about this.
What happened was is he was all in on VIPER or whatever toy he had. Every other news service had Isaac coming towards us. But nooo Bob kept saying "I'm not saying it's hitting here until VIPER says it will," and his tone basically implied he was going to be right about a miss.
So I stayed tuned in for hours just waiting. It was glorious watching him slump on screen and show his precious VIPER had shifted. I've never been so entertained by a weatherman. He was so downtrodden.
