YOu do realize that a large number of those were for one reason or another unable to evacuate? You do realize that there were many people who had no means of transportation?

That was awful and it was awful to watch on TV. It is the only time I have ever called a senator in my life. I couldn't believe how long it took to mobilize a rescue effort.
