Make it a game.
Teams of 3. 2 walkers and a spotter.
The two walkers act drunk to entice in the "stranger", while sober and armed. Then shoot the "stranger" and let them bleed out before calling police.
Three spotter stays at a distance to make sure the "stranger" doesn't escape, etc.
Teams of 3. Highest body count of "strangers" wins.
Teams of 3. 2 walkers and a spotter.
