Happens to Jackson too. Personally witnessed an outside police dept (over 50 miles away) bring a violent psych to a facility here in Jackson and leave him. This was after the facility was told the patient wasn’t violent or had been in cuffs/restraints. My partner and I had to physically and chemically restrain him. No drugs touched him. (Although we no longer carry haldol or ketamine) so all we had was versed and geodone). This isn’t the only one and it’s not just said police dept/city.

NOLA is a poorly run shite hole we don’t need your meth addict to make it worse. One thing about NOLA unlike most blue cities the government doesn’t help anyone or give them free stuff the politicians are too busy stealing it.
