Daughters date showed up to pick her up for the prom. He had a “pimp daddy” sticker on the back window of his truck. Before they left my house, he was in his tux scraping the sticker off.

Preface this by saying before my firstborn I had no interaction around infants.
So I was tasked by my wife to go with her to get my dailighters immunization shots. I don’t know why i didn’t think it through prior to the action, but when I saw that nurse jab multiple needles into my daughters thigh all at the same time I had to be restrained by my wife so I wouldn’t hit the nurse.
I was so surprised and shocked by the quickness of those shots. I apologized to the nurse at the end of the visit and she said that my reaction isn’t all that uncommon amongst new parents.
