Leg day, the best day of the week.

Squats, strait leg deads, lunges, hack squat, curl and calves. Followed by weighted abs and heavy bag work.

I never have before now. Used to just run long-distance and do push-ups all the time so didn't need it. Thought I would since I've been lifting more lately.

For me, squat trumps all exercises. it gives me great boner the next day which is a huge bonus. maybe boner has to do with raised testosterone level?

Chest day today after I get off from work. I know my workout schedule is screwed up because everyone normally does chest on Monday.

feels like im packing an extra inch or two
