For me, squat trumps all exercises. it gives me great boner the next day which is a huge bonus. maybe boner has to do with raised testosterone level?

Chest day today after I get off from work. I know my workout schedule is screwed up because everyone normally does chest on Monday.

probably not bad for postworkout. Wouldn't use it for anything else though.
